2017
game

a single-player 2D adventure game idealized and prototyped for a college project by a group of four people. The main focus of the concept was to subvert an old legend about a princess half human and half snake that lived at the forgotten city inside a cave in a beach in Jericoacoara

the protagonist's duality was translated in a split mechanic, in which you have to control two simultaneous character whose abilities complete each others

intimate design

Destino Meu was made to be sort of a playable character study, but also with the clear vision to invite the player to feel what the protagonist feels, trying to retell the myth of the lost city by Jericoacoara's shore in a way that people could see that the true victim was actually the princess, who is depicted as bloodthirsty monster

story rooms

the main challenge in this project was to convey every aspect necessary for the story in as few rooms as possible, since there weren't resources to make a big script. Also, some components of the culture that crafted the background lore of the protagonist had to be present too, such as the markets, gardens, architecture, etc.

Ending Cutscene
storyboarding

in this project I could take a leading role in planning and documenting animation
